The aim was to create an immersive audio artwork in which a wave of emotional states is experienced. Passages of the piece were also to have musical elements.
The piece is characterised by strong dynamic contrasts that could be described as the highs and lows of a rollercoaster ride through various emotional states.
The core elements of the piece are atmospheric sounds and effect sounds, an emotional voice of the protagonist, whose story is told, and musical elements for which I was inspired by 1970/80 psychedelic music, among other influences.
The sound artwork was performed as part of an electro-acoustic concert at the HFK Bremen.
